Thintervention with Jackie Warner

Jackie takes on 8 new clients who seem to have it all, except their dream bodies. With a long process ahead, the clients must learn that “cookies equal pain” and that if they try to slide under the radar, Jackie will find them and make them work! The group gets moving everywhere, whether it’s the stairs in their houses or the beaches in Laguna, and boy do they need the discipline. Jackie certainly has her work cut out for her; will the group be able to take the intensity or will they crumble under the pressure and pain?
