Congratulations, Jeffrey Williams!

Congratulations to the fabulous Jeffrey Williams on winning The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection with his very own ultimate collection. His mother stood by him through the whole competition, giving him strength, and especially when he needed her most - in the finale.

Jeffrey's looks were modern, solid, gorgeous, and never strayed from his personal aesthetic. He is truly deserving of this win.

Blogging Bravo Interview with Cesar Galindo

Thank you Cesar!

BB Love to Cesar Galindo

Out of every elimination this season, I think this week's was most surprising. It seemed like a foregone conclusion that Cesar would be competing in the finale. He has been a strong designer all season, strong and confident, and his final collection reflected these elements of his personality. Ultimately, it came down to one of his looks not being bad necessarily but merely being less-good than Jeffrey's.

Cesar, we're heartbroken to see you leave before showing us nine more looks in a finale collection and wish you nothing but happiness and success in your future.

This post is only for positive comments about Cesar and his designs. If you have anything negative to say, please do so on our Reactions post.

Reactions to The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection Episode 9

House of Nami pulled off yet another win this week, sending both of its designers to the finale and earning them each a new car. Unfortunately that means one of two talented designers from House of Emerald had to go.

Was this what you expected from the penultimate episode? Are you excited or disappointed? Please share your views in the comments.

Highlights: Eduardo is designing a new collection which will be available in March. His best friend in the cast is Cesar.

Congratulations, Jeffrey Williams!

This week's challenge was to produce a pair of eccentric looks based on accessories hand-picked for each designer by Barney's Simon Doonan. Jeffrey received a pair of quite fabulous chandelier earrings and an amazing feathered capelet for which he created two chic-yet-avant garde ivory looks that were perfect matches.

Originally, he had paired the pants with the earrings and the gown with the cape, but in the end switched them. And they were still perfect.

Congrats, Jeffrey, on your second win, and we're looking forward to seeing what you do next week.

This post is only for positive comments about Jeffrey or his competition. If you have anything negative to say, please do so on our Reactions post.

BB Love to Eduardo de las Casas

Wow - I think it's pretty safe to say that a lot of us didn't see this elimination coming. After all, Eduardo had won three prior challenges. His work in the past was all extremely well-executed and quite lovely; unfortunately the judges thought it was a bit repetitive with ruffled cocktail dresses week after week after week.

Personally, I like ruffled cocktail dresses.

Eduardo, you should be very proud of your accomplishments on The Fashion Show and we at Blogging Bravo are excited to see what you produce in the future.

This post is only for positive comments about Eduardo or his competition. If you have anything negative to say, please do so on our Reactions post.

Reactions to The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection Episode 8

Well, that was an unexpected elimination, don't you think? And Calvin's poignant story was a bit of a surprise, too. So what did you think about this week's episode? Please leave us a comment!

With only THREE challenges left, the competition is down to the wire and the remaining contestants must pull out all the stops to make it to the finale. For their challenge this week, the designers get a lesson from the incomparable Creative Director at Barney’s New York, Simon Doonan, who schools them about the importance of using vintage accessories to create eccentric designs. The designers are inspired making the fashion and competition fiercer than ever – who will make it to the pen-ultimate episode and whose journey to create their ‘ultimate collection’ will be cut short? Find out tonight1/11 @ 10/9c on BRAVO's The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection.

And of course you can join Tbone, suzq and the regular cast of party room crazies right here for our weekly live blog beginning at 9:30 p.m.

BB Love to Cindy Ayvar

This week Cindy was paired with Calvin for a wedding challenge. While the two designers were definitely not a match made in heaven, it was Cindy's construction that was ultimately her downfall. The suit she created for her groom was interesting and had potential, but it did not make the cut.

It was heartening to see Iman give Cindy such a nice pep talk and hug at the elimination...you know if Iman can see the greatness within, Cindy can definitely go places in the future. Our best to her.

This post is only for nice comments about Cindy and her work. If you have anything negative to say, please comment on our Reactions post.

Congratulations, Dominique Pearl David!

With this week's win, Dominique has scored two in a row! Although immunity could have led her to go a little crazy and try something unconventional, she used her simple and elegant design sensibility to turn out a linen wedding dress that pleased her customer and the judges as well.

We can't wait to see what Dominique will turn out next week. Congratulations to her!
