Patti is dealing with a serious narcissist this week when she takes on new client Doug, a 39 year old gay-onaire whose impossibly high standards have him coming up short in the love department. Can Patti teach this egocentric to adjust his standards? And Patti’s other client, British import Nicole, is a 40-year-old divorcee who demands the “perfect” man that doesn’t truly exist.
